Cool Springs is actually part of the city of Franklin Tennessee, but has grown so quickly that it is commonly referred to as its own area. It is situated just south of Brentwood on the north side of Franklin. Cool Springs is anchored by the Cool Springs Galleria a 1.3 million square foot shopping mall and over 27 acres of shopping complexes that include over 235 unique restaurants, stores, and theatres.
